Probably not: I think it's just your healthy immune system working to fight off infections. The fact that they are freely movable is reassuring. Cancer (lit, 'the crab') tends to send out tentacles that tie tissues down. Also the fact they're not growing is reassuring. Relax, and enjoy your life (safely, of course).
