Multiple small lymph nodes (arms/neck) last 6 mnth,all previously investigated with scans/ bloods (not biopsied as felt too small)), nothin sinister found, drenching night sweats last month or so, but not regular maybe 1-2/ week, should i get checked?

Yes. Please have it all checked with PCP and Specialists if possible. The differential diagnosis can be extensive. So the PCP should be seen soonest.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
