Suggestions : Obviously if the weight is a problem don't exert yourself. There are many reasons for feeling like this including bone disease, muscle or tendon weakness or injury or possibly nerve issues. Conversely it could just be that this weight is simply too heavy and there is nothing wrong with you health wise. Talk to your physician about it.
