Fracture in the hand: Arm and forearm and elbow patternsof injury differ by age and mechanism significantly. A better question may be what is the most common bone injured in the hand in an elderly adult who falls on an outstretched hand. Or what is the most common bone way a bone is fractured in a child age 6-10 who falls on their elbow. I can go on !
