Twisted arm: It is actually very difficult to break a bone by twisting someone's arm. The common injury would be a sprain or ligament tear, usually to the elbow joint, possibly to the wrist as well. Only if a person had brittle bones like in osteoporosis or osteogenesis imperfecta, would a broken bone occur.
