I had surgery on my forearm more then a year ago, the wound has not closed now there is a piece of bone coming out of the arm, it looks dry, can i break the piece off?

Unhealed wound: Do not do anything. Cover the wound with sterile gauze( first wipe around with alcohol or gentle soap and water). Go to ER/ urgent care or orthopedist within 24 hours and have them address the issue. You need a x-ray and assessment of the wound
