I've noticed some swollen lymph nodes as well as a hard movable lump in my groin area with some pain in the hips. any condition that would cause this?

Any nearby infection: Any nearby infection (leg, genitals, lower abdomen, or skin infection) can cause swelling of the inguinal lymph nodes. I would recommend seeing your doctor to determine where the infection is coming from and get appropriate treatment! Hope you feel better soon!
