Bicep and groin?: I don't know of any relationship between a bicep "lump" and a groin lymph node. This isn't a problem that can be assessed over the internet. See a physician.

Possibly: Pain that persists should always be checked, no matter where it is located. There are a lot of causes of pain where you describe, including but not limited to hernias, appendicitis, bladder infection, gas pains, diverticulitis, etcetera. Obviously, if it continues, see your physician.

Hernia?: Lumps in the groin are often due to lymphnodes responding to something inflamed in your leg or skin or genital area. Hernias can form deep in the groin and are difficult to diagnose. Losing weight apidly can open up the femoral triangle next to the vessels to the leg. Need to see the doctor to figure it out.

hernias very common and can be fixed so you'll want to get that evaluated. Abnormal lymph nodes could represent something worse, so you need that evaluated. See your doc!
