May need Work Up: 24 year old male went back and forward to the doctor the past couple days started with neck and back and left arm now just the whole left side of neck does not indicate if it is pain, stiffness or spasm. Also how it started or if other signs like Fever/ Headache are present. Could be simple strain due to position, exercise/ stress; some infection can also do that if persists see MD for Work Up.
