A lump has grown on the back of my neck on top of my spine & on the sides (feels hard as bone) for 10+ years & my doctors keep ignoring it. they say its probably just a cyst or lymph nodes. now im having arm numbness & neuro issues.. what can i do?

Nerve compression: This time with your symptoms it is likely to be addressed as nerve compression is suggested. Start with your main doc who has been following for the last few years. He or she will be in best position to further coordinate and save you time in the process. Alternatively an urgent care will likely address it as well, if not being established with any physician at this time.
