I have been suffering with server pain on my left arm, i have been to many doctors who have said it is a muscular pain. the pain has increased to my back, neck, shoulder and under my left breast, it has now been 2 months and i seem to be nauseous?

Left arm pain ?'s: Pain in the left arm now increased to affect your "back, neck and shoulder" may be due to a tumor in or near the brachial plexus , so ask your physician for an MRI of your left shoulder area to be certain. The nausea does not fit the symptoms, so let your physician know to look into other causality for this symptom.
