I have a pain for 2 days now. it comea from my back to the front chest and moves up neck and left arm i have been to a doctor and did an ecg al clear?

Follow up with MD: One ECG is never enough to rule out Heart Attack,you need a blood test and may be an xray to find out the cause of your pain.If pain continue follow up with your doctor.At your age there is less likelihood of it being from heart.But other causes also have to be considered and ruled out including it coming from heart even at your age.
