Good day, I have had lower back pain for years and recently my neck started giving me problems. My left hand/arm is partially numb and my left leg is starting. Mri show bulging disks and nerver irritation however neurosurgeon gave me clonazepam????

I have myofascial pain in the neck with a bulging disk at C4 C5 C6 c7. Would this cause burning and numbness pain in the neck and down both arms?
Neck MRI showed that I have minimal bulging on C3-C4. Could this be the reason I feel numbness and pain in my left or right hand & arm occassionally?
