Diagnosed hypothyroid in mid pregnancy. TSH levels have been 3.9, 3.2, 4.3. Was started on 100mcg levothyroxine after the 4.3 result. Only one Free T4 level was drawn which was 0.89. Should I be concerned about neurodevelopmental problems for baby?
Free T4 is 58.6, free T3 is .9. Increase or decrease Levothyroxine? New PCP wants to double my Levothyroxine. One thyroid related coma, one was enough. Hypothyroid for over 30 years, in last year developed increasing hyperthyroidism. Thank you?
