Cancer unlikely: Pancreatic cancer is not very common and typically occurs at an older age and doesn't usually present this way. Right upper quadrant pain is very frequently associated with gallstones, but you need a work up to determine your cause. If your pain occurs after eating and resolves in shortly it may well be stones. See your physician and have them obtain an ultrasound if your symptoms indicate
