I'm having pain under right side rib cage and feel a lump around there. two months back i was diagnosed with gallbladder cancer (had gallstones) which has mets to liver. now the gallbladder is removed and started chemotherapy. what could cause pain?

The metastases to internal organs are a likely cause of pain. Chemotherapy is likely contributing. It would be prudent to talk to your doctor or pain relief medication. Wish you good health!
