Doubt cancer: Cancer usually doesn't cause pain. Even though the pain does not come after eating, it could be your gallbladder. See your primary care provider, and ask if its appropriate to get an ultrasound of the gallbladder. Even without stones, there's something called biliary dyskinesia that could be the problem. Hope this helps!
