Only one way: to find out: go see a healthcare provider who will examine you properly and tell you whether you need further tests to rule out pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer generally hurts A LOT and constantly, but it should not cause pain that can be elicited by touch on a muscle. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
