Scar tissue?: Sometimes scar tissue can cause pain in an area where there was previous surgery. It could also be your colon - constipation, colitis or diverticulitis. If you have bowel changes, fever or nausea / vomiting then see a doctor. Otherwise some motrin might help with the pain.
