Typical adverse: reaction. Taking to much ibuprofen can result in stomach pain as well as other health issues. Please stop taking it immediately and get to a dentist to have your tooth pain evaluated and treated. Taking any pain medication for an extended time can cause adverse health issues and does not actually solve the problem of what is causing the pain.

See a dentist ASAP: If you have a toothache, you may have a cavity or advanced gum disease. A tooth pain won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. You can use Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain control. See a dentist ASAP for assessment and treatment.
