Mgt: I would suggest being seen in the ED soon, but if she is in distress and still has skin discoloration, please call 911. Sometimes duskiness may occur with choking and aspiration. I would recommend a chest radiograph and oxygen saturation. If she is otherwise well, she may not need to be admitted and can be observed in the ED.
