Why a single ibuprofen 400mg dose causes me stomach pain along with lots of mouth ulcers. i heard it can cause gastritis but why ulcers in mouth?

Ibuprofen: Normal adult dose is 200mg. Should be taken with full meal or at least 8oz of liquid. Otherwise can cause stomach irritation and GERD-like symptoms. See your Dentist or Physician about reducing dose or taking an alternative pain killer, or better yet, curing whatever it is for which you have been taking analgesic.
