Does ms have any relation to lower back pain?

Not: directly but weakening of the muscles may exacerbate any arthritic or degenerative issues.

Possible: Of course low back pain can be due to many causes, and this needs to be sorted out. But MS frequently causes pain for sufferers, and sometimes affects lower back in this fashion. Also, an MS drug, Gilenya, (fingolimod) could cause a few days of back pain, when first started.
