Details: The devil's in the details. If your stress tests were done recently, you can feel reassured that the pain isn't of cardiac origin. I see you're on omeprazole, pantoprazole and ranitidine (hopefully not all at the same time!) so I have to suspect you've been diagnosed with acid reflux or gastritis, both common causes of chest pain. Peptic ulcer pain also can radiate to the back.

Reassuring: But your pain could be due to many other causes, such as thoracic spine disc problem, gastroesophageal reflux, even an "MS hug". Further testing is in order. But if you have MS, are you NOT taking medication to control your neurological issues? See your doctors and get this addressed.
