Generic comments: Pain is not uncommon in MS, and your description could be an MS symptom, but you could also have a co-morbidity involving structural rheumatological issues in your vertebral column. You do not list your medications, but would hope you have been prescribed a potent MS disease modifying agent, and are also taking Vitamin D-3
