A member asked:

I'm 38 and was diagnosed with retrograde ejaculation. can ms be a likely cause? or could it be related to a lower back injury i suffered recently?

Retrograde ejaculate: When the bladder neck muscles don't tighten properly, sperm can leak back into the bladder instead of out of the urethra, described as a dry orgasm. Various medical conditions including ms, spinal cord injury, diabetes, prostate surgery and certain medications can cause this. A simple low back injury is unlikely a cause versus ms or surgical exploration or trauma to the back.
