Evaluation: The question wasn't gender specific, but if you are a female please see your gynecologist. There are reasons to get such pain, which includes appendicitis, as well as low back issues. It is probably not due to ms. Please seek out at least a visit with your primary care physician to properly diagnose the cause of the pain.

Complex: If you have MS, you could have pain due to this, but you more likely have a different problem causing your pelvic pain, such as gastrointestinal issues, ovarian cyst, low grade appendicitis, even kidney stone. See your doctor, as no reason to live with this.
