Lots of protein!: You are consuming a large amount of protein. Your body likely cannot process that amount, and it might go to waste (unless you are muscular and weight lifting professionally). Consider eating just half of that amount of protein at each meal, and supplement with two to three healthy snacks in between meals. Smaller frequent meals are better than 3 large meals.

Excellent..need fat: your well covered in terms of protein and veggies. need to add omega 3 and omega 9 (nuts, avocado, fish) of course, lots of water, probiotic and vitamin D supplement
