I would like to know if my diet is healthy/sustainable. daily: 4 eggs, an avacado, 20 oz of chicken breast, 500 calories of pecan halves and almonds, flax seed, 24 oz of non fat cottage cheese, 16oz of non fat greek yogurt, 2 scoops of protein?

Healthy diet: A healthy diet should have some of all the food groups- protein, fat, carbs, etc. The main concern with your diet is that it seems very low in fiber (other than some nuts and flax seed). Do you have any problems with constipation? Adding more fruits and vegetables and high-fiber carbs may help. Are you taking a multi-vitamin? You are probably not getting all your nutrients.
