Soup Sensation: Soup can be an excellent meal as you can add very nutritious constituents to the mix. Consuming adequate proportions of carbohydrates, proteins and fats is essential to good health. Depending upon the quantity consumed at each sitting, soup could be a "complete" meal, however care must be taken to avoid soup if it cannot be stored properly based on the components in it.
