Can someone please answer how common is myocarditis and how do u no the difference between flu and myocarditis ?

Flu and myocarditis: Classical flu is fever, URI symptoms, body aches. Flu can lead to myocarditis. Myocarditis can be caused by many different agents including the flu. Hope that helps.
