Ive been having chest pain that sometimes feels like a sore muscle and sometimes it feels like mild stabbing pain and spreads to my shoulder and arms. I have a sore throat too and cough and nasal congestion for almost two weeks now, can it be the flu?
Diagnosed w bacterial infection (sore throat & flu sympt) Cough is getting worse (times) and now chest and upper back pain. Doesn't feel like asthma.

I have chest infection from flu now doc says i have fluid on my lungs if my pain continues shall i go to the a&e?
