Cold vs Flu: Flu symptoms may include: muscle aches ; pains, a fever above 100 degrees, headache, congestion, weakness, chills, increased sweating and coughing. Common cold symptoms include: cough, congestion, watery eyes, sneezing, sore throat, mild headache, low grade fever ; mild body aches. Flu symptoms are generally worse than having a cold.
