4 days of high fever (102.2-103.5) w/ severe headaches, body aches, dizziness, vomiting. now start to feel chest pain, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate (150+bpm). is it from dehydration and flu? could i have peumonia or myocarditis?

Hard to speculate: Fever raises the heart rate an average of 10/min/degree & breathing 5/min/degree. What agent or agents are behind the illness can only be defined with a review of history, exam & testing as indicated. As posted, the symptoms are vague and not specific enough for diagnosis.
