Not typical of SADS: Sudden arrhythmia death syndrome (SADS) is preceded w/ an irregular, often fast, rhythm & specific abnormalities on EKG (if they r ever checked). In ur situation, especially if u r an athlete or regularly exercise, a slightly low HR (50-60) & normal-to-slightly elevated BP (probably not a 5-minute resting BP) does not suggest SADS. Regular exercise may actually help u. TTYD is always advisable.
