Not likely: It is unlikely that a TENS unit could cause your heart to go into SVT. It is possible that a monitor inappropriately detected the electrical activity of the TENS unit and incorrectly reported an elevated heart rate. Your heart rate was unchanged but the monitor counted the TNS spikes mistakenly. The electricity from the TENS unit cannot get to your heart. Check your pulse at your wrist next time.
