May need EKG...: There can be many reason for irregular heart rhythm picked up by BP machine... at your age - suspect extra beats that are benign or sometimes A Fib resulting from excessive alcohol use or sometimes for no good reason... recheck a few times on the BP machine - if you get same readings of irregular rhythm - see your PCP for a EKG
