At any rate : Irregular heart rate can happen at low and fast heart rate. Can be because extra or escape beats, irregular sinus rhythm, junctional rhythm, or atrial arrhythmias. Needs an ECG during the actual irregularity happen. Or a holter 24 hrs monitoring test. Auscultation by a physician can make a diagnosis highly suggestive. BP machine are not accurate for irregular rhythms.
