Your daily intake-: -normally should be 50gms/day so you are below sustaining muscle. If that's all you get in a day by diet you need to supplement to 50gms/day. If on a heavy weight training program you need 2 supplement above your daily requirement. Only supplement on workout days not every day. Improve your diet to get daily minimum.
