Protein Consumtion: If you are a healthy individual a well balanced diet is enough. Too much protein can cause an overload to your kidneys putting you at risk of kidney disease and the development of kidney stones, also since animal proteins lack fiber you will develop bowel symptoms such blotting and constipation. Do not waste your money in Protein Shakes or supplements that are the hype in GYM nowadays.
