About three ago i was diagnosed with chronic appendicitis, i was given antibiotics, though it somewhat stopped the twitch, it is now back, what to do?

Go back to doctor: Antibiotics are not the only answer to appendicitis (if that is an accurate diagnosis). Surgical removal of the appendix will solve this issue.

Get checked out: If you are having a recurrence of your symptoms, seeing a physician may help diagnose the problem. If it truly is your appendix then surgery to remove it might be advised. I hope this helps.
