I have lump in my chest. Its been there since 2020 I had a chest X-ray back then came back clean. Its about 2 1/2 to 3 inches below the bone of my neck above my left breast. Could this be cancer? It hurt then. Now 2 days ago I started having pain?

If your having chest pain and worried about lung cancer wouldn't the tumor be big enough to show on a X-ray if having pain?
