Would a chest x-ray show advanced stages of great cancer that spread throughout the chest?

Might: Not sure what "great cancer" is.....Most of them are lousy! chest xray might show cancer in the lungs or chest. It might show tumors, fluid or swollen glands. By itself does not prove cancer.. Often chest xray can miss a cancer that is hiding in there. Usually need cat scan to get a better picture.
