Breast cancer is highly unlikely. Your symptoms are likely due to rapid growth of breasts. You may watch and wait. If the symptoms do not get better or get worse, it would be prudent to see your doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! your symptoms are consistent with ca of the breast. Increase in breast size at your age does not increase chances of breast ca. Regarding what you felt under your breast have your doc check it. Wear a good supprt bra and you will be fine.
