Generalized bone pain can be due to injury, osteomyelitis, hypothyroidism, primary bone cancer and metastatic breast cancer. Check sedimentation rate, CRP, tsh and workup for cancer breast. Dexascan and vitamin D should be tested. Hope it helps.
