I have lump in my chest. its been there since 2020 i had a chest x-ray back then came back clean. its about 2 1/2 to 3 inches below the bone of my neck above my left breast. could this be cancer? it hurt then. now 2 days ago i started having pain?

It's unclear as to the actual location of the lump. If it's within the chest wall, an X-Ray of the lung isn't enough of an evaluation. A physician would palpate it& advise you of the diagnosis or whether a surgeon is best to advise you about it. Since you're experiencing pain, I recommend a reevaluation by a physician or surgeon.
