Candidiasis?: Your question does not contain enough information to make a clear diagnosis. If this is a white coating that can be scraped off and leaves a bleeding surface behind then candidiasis (thrush) is the most likely problem. This can be treated with anti-fungal medications. You need your pediatrician or pediatric dentist to examine them to be sure.
