Lie bumps: Commonly referred to as a lie bump, they are an inflammation of the small tastebuds on the tip of the t the tongue. It is relatively unknown why they occur. They are not contagious.

Meds, supplements???: Hard to say what the tiny bumps on tip of tongue are without a more definitive history and maybe a culture. Could be from taking a particular medicine or some supplements, or even the toothpaste that you use. Dee a dentist soon. Can;t know if it can be spread to an infant without knowing what it is. Is it painful?
