What are the tiny bumps on the inside of my infant's mouth?

Epstein Pearls: Babies are born with small white bumps that may be either on the roof of the mouth, the palate, or on the gums. On the palate they are called epstein pearls. On the gums, they are called bohn nodules. Both are innocent epidermal cysts, not pustules, and will go away on their own.
