BMI is 36: Your BMI is too high, it is a calculation based on weight and height and needs to be less than 25. Here are some things to try. Calculate how many calories you are eating daily and cut that back by 500 calories a day. Increase your exercise to one hour a day. Cut back on carbohydrates in your diet. See a doctor to make sure your do not have a metabolic cause for weight gain. Good luck
